I've got some VERY exciting news on Walmart's Black Friday sales which start next week. Now what could be so exciting? What if I told you there was a way to almost guarantee that you'll score everything you've got on your list without having to fight the crush of the crowds? Exciting, right? How do we do that? One word: LAYAWAY.
That's right, Walmart has proclaimed that this year they will honor Black Friday pricing on any items paid off on Black Friday. This means you could head to the store today and place the exact items from next Friday's ad on layaway, pay them off on Black Friday and get the BF sale price. This also stands true for Black Friday price matching. Say you want something at Target, but don't want to stand in line. Head to Walmart and place that item on layaway, then get to the store on BF and price match your Target ad. And there you have it - Black Friday pricing without the stampede and fight.
Remember, the items must be an EXACT match and you must pay off the balance of your account during the item's valid sale hours. Doorbuster deals come in waves this year, so keep that in mind when figuring out what time you'll need to get to the store.
